Notable among the most solid performances…..Janice Hughes, who gracefully met the vocal challenges of Sondheim’s difficult score. Hughes is the lovely capable Baker’s Wife, whose desire for a child comes with a high price.”
Into The Woods – LOS ANGELES TIMES, Lynne Heffley

As Evelyn… Janice Hughes…subtly powerful, capturing the loneliness and fear at the heart of their desperate attempts to form a bond.
Just The Boys – OFF-OFF BROADWAY REVIEW NYC, Sarah Stevenson

The sweet-voiced Janice Hughes….
Magic To Do – THE PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, Julia M.Klein

True highlights….Janice Hughes’ all-out “Chanson” from The Baker’s Wife. Hughes takes what is essentially a throwaway song and gives it a shot of intensity.
Magic To Do – THE MAINLINER, BJ Kirschner

….Janice Hughes as the White Rabbit, who represents fear and uncertainty. Ms. Hughes has to maintain a level of energy that is unreal. She also has a very soulful song called “Jabberwocky” that this reviewer feels, was written for her.
